Cross country skiing
Welcome to winter!! Cross country skiing is a combination of the best of ballet, bike riding, meditation, running and flying. There is a reason cross country skiers are fanatics and once you get a few strides under you, you too will be hooked for life.

We’ll be skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch outside of Winter Park, Colorado. Snow Mountain Ranch is an incredible Nordic area with over 100 K of groomed trails for all abilities. The trails wind through Aspen forests, around a frozen lake and across wide meadows with breathtaking views of the continental divide in the distance.

All levels and abilities are welcome as our talented instructors can help you get on skis for the first time or fine tune your skills for long group skis and races. We provide instruction in both Classic (this is the form of skiing most people think of in a groomed parallel track) and Skating (the faster form you might have seen in the Olympics.) You can learn both or focus on one form which suits you best.
