Dance
At Women’s Quest we Dance as if no one is watching because no one is watching!!

 We like to play with dance in the afternoons to help you unwind. At some retreats we do
Nia which is a free flowing dance that empowers people to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Nia empowers people to make their own movement choices by offering a flexible structure they can personally modify to suit individual needs. The blueprint of Nia is practical, experiential, and focuses on internal guidance to change and develop awareness. Basically it is a guided dance and tons of fun.

Belly dance
One evening we always have a celebration and learn to belly dance which  helps you strengthen, reshape and renew your body. It is also great for back pain from bike riding. We often do belly dancing at our Colorado retreats:

African Dance
Kris Freewoman leads us in this incredible workout with live drummers which will loosen you up, help you let go, sweat your body and inspire your soul. African dance is the perfect blend of dance, athletics, singing and a whole lot of fun and spirit. Kris joins us on our California Wine Country Retreat
