Yoga
Women's Quest programs are committed to balancing fitness of the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yoga compliments running, hiking and biking and can help with recovery and discovery. It cultivates flexibility, builds strength, and develops awareness and sensitivity.
The yoga we present is based on the Iyengar style of yoga with imagery, poetry, and a playful sense of exploration. We will nurture a practice that incorporates stretching, strengthening, alignment, breath, and meditation. If you are new to yoga or if you have been practicing yoga for a long time... Invite yourself to use the yoga time at WQ to learn about your body and yourself.
