To make your retreat experience as enjoyable as possible from start to finish, we would like to walk you through all the information you will need to get ready for your adventure! We use these forms not just for contact information but to get a sense of who you are, what kind of exercising you like to do and what kind of experience you are hoping to have.

1- Booking the Retreat (choose one option) :
Online- You can book our retreats by filling out the questionnaire form below and submitting it online.

2- Sending in your Payment
Your space is not assured until we get your payment due at the time of booking.
Online payment will be available shortly. In the meantime, please send check or call us with your credit card information:

When we receive your payment, we will email you a confirmation packet along with your invoice.

For paying with a credit card we need: Name of cardholder, Card Number and Expiration Date, 3 digit code on the back, Billing address for the card. You can call the office with this information or fax it to the office at 303-443-3620

Cancellation policy for all international camps: *
• if you must cancel, a $500 deposit is not refundable *
• Full refund, less deposit, will be given with at least 60 days notice *
• Within 60 days of your camp, 50% of the total (less deposit) will be refunded to you *
• Within 14 days of your camp, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given
*no exceptions will be granted to the above policy.*
Please note: We are sorry but injury and illness do not disqualify you from any of the above cancellation policies. We are unable to transfer deposits or any payments from one year to the next.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Women’s Quest will be refunded. Women’s Quest cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.

Trip Insurance- We highly recommend Trip Insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.
