This
healthy, six-day vacation of adventure, transformation and fun
has long been a favorite for women returning to Women’s
Quest, as well as newcomers. We combine adventures of the body
with adventures for the soul, to create true health from the
inside out.
All athletic
ability levels are welcome! In fact, we design each day so that
everyone is challenged only to the level they are comfortable,
and every activity is optional. For physical activities, we form
small groups to make sure each person receives individual attention,
coaching and encouragement, as they want it.
What
To Expect at the Adventures into the Body & Soul Retreat
You’ll drench your senses and dance with nature for a week of renewal
and fun that will send you home feeling vibrant, strong and awake.
Each day, you’ll
wake up in a beautiful, clean and comfortable lodge with stunning
mountain views. We’ll start the day with guided yoga or
a short run or hike, followed by a healthy, delicious breakfast.
Then, each day is a little different. Adventures of the body
include seeing magical meadows, magnificent forests and breathtaking
views from our mountain bikes or wonderful hikes, learning orienteering
skills, and experiencing a challenge ropes course. Adventures
of the soul include in-depth work on discovering our Heart’s
Desire and living the life we want, journaling, singing to find
our true voice, and much more.
We focus on
building health and fitness from the inside out. Here are just

Participate
