Join us for a winter adventure at the spectacular Snow Mountain Ranch.  Cross-country ski (classic and skate) and snowshoe through aspen groves and around mountain lakes. You do not need to know how to ski to celebrate winter with us...our instructors assist both beginning and experienced skiers. 

At this retreat, you will pamper your body with yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy. Engage your mind and creativity with journaling, guided visualizations, relaxation techniques in addition to discussions on nutrition and whole-body wellness. Throughout these adventures, we will refuel with delicious and healthy meals and snacks.
